A brief synopsis
Just when I thought that things couldn’t get any more disgusting. For anyone that doesn’t know, I already reported on Jeffrey Epstein’s connections to Buffalo, NY, which is 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls, NY. You might be wondering why I cover Buffalo & Niagara Epstein connections. Well, that’s because of my sister, Katie Riford and her two children who went missing from Niagara County – the county we’ve lived in our entire lives. Katie would later be found in New Mexico – 50 minutes from Epstein’s “Zorro Ranch” living under a false name.
In part I of my reporting I covered Buffalo, NY businessman Jeremy Jacobs & NYS Governor Kathy Hochul in the Department of Justice Epstein files amongst other “coincidences”.
In part II of my reporting, I covered the Buffalo, NY Jermey Jacobs employee named Amanda Hutton who was interviewed to work on Jeffrey Epstein’s Little St. James, otherwise known as “Epstein’s Island”. Without further ado, let’s get into the latest revelation.

Niagara Falls, NY Mayor Robert Restaino hires relative Matthew Cole who is in the Jeffrey Epstein files
In my team’s search of the Epstein DOJ files and e-mails we came upon another employee of Buffalo, NY Jermey Jacobs. This employee’s name is Matthew Cole. In the DOJ files were communications referencing Matthew Cole. It appears Matthew was going to do an interview with Jeffrey Epstein to work on his Island. A spitting image of what occurred with Jermey Jacob’s other employee – Amanda Hutton.

Doing an additional search on the DOJ’s Epstein Files official website, we also found Matthew Cole’s resume. Below are parts of Matthew’s resume. You can view the full resume here: https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA01153650.pdf
We did a quick google search on his name and we found out that Mattew Cole was hired by Niagara Falls Mayor Robert Restaino in 2025.
In this article published by the Niagara Gazette, it states in part:

“Jan. 7—The make-up of the Niagara Falls Water Board continues to shift entering the new year, with Mayor Robert Restaino tapping a relative unknown to a new three-year term on the board.”
“Restaino confirmed on Tuesday that he has appointed Matthew Cole as his representative on the board.”
“Restaino described Cole as “a guy we’re close to.” The mayor said he was a “real estate manager” who has been involved in a “number of property projects.”
“He had always indicated to us that he wanted to volunteer and would be available to serve on boards or commissions,” Restaino said. “I know he’ll ask a lot of questions.”
“At that time, Cole said he was “a small business consultant and former personal assistant for actor Nicolas Cage.”
On July 1, Gov. Kathy Hochul shook up the water board with the appointment of Sirianni, to replace long-time board member Gretchen Leffler whose term had expired. At the end of July, the Falls City Council removed its water board appointee Michael Asklar.
We know this is the same Matthew Cole because of the Nicholas Cage reference in the Niagara Gazette/yahoo article and because the DOJ Epstein file lists Nicholas Cage on his resume.

Wrapping up
Why is Niagara Falls City Mayor Robert Restaino hiring a person “Matthew Cole” who’s referenced in the Epstein files.
So far, we have Buffalo, NY Jermey Jacobs, past Buffalo, NY resident and current NYS Governor Kathy Hochul, Buffalo, NY Amanda Hutton, and now Niagara Falls, NY resident Matthew Cole in the Epstein files. There’s going to be a lot more published soon – as we know a lot more. I wonder if any of these referenced people know anything about the below photo?
