October 2018

December 2018

• Katie Riford and her family Christina Riford Little and Kevin Riford, report to the FBI that two employees of Peter M. Vito Investigations—Michael Mazga and Patrick Ostrowski, both active U.S. Border Patrol agents—who were moonlighting as private investigators and hired by the Diarbakerly family to terrorize. • They also raised concerns about corruption in Niagara County Family Court. February 2019

• Katie Riford goes into hiding with her two children Olivia and Mason Riford. Niagara County Sheriff’s do not report Katie or her children as missing to the public. Why not?

April 2019

• Kevin Riford personally delivers documents on Niagara County court corruption to Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz. Despite clearing metal detectors and security the package was flagged as suspicious only after delivered the receptionist. • After exposing that Peter Vito & Associates employed active Border Patrol agents as private detectives who utilized harassing behavior, another incident arose involving Peter Vito’s family. On April 27, 2019, Lisa Vito repeatedly drove past Christina’s house, making obscene gestures. She first falsely claimed to be Christina’s neighbor, then later stated she did not know her. May 2019

• Kevin Riford sends NYS Governor Cuomo an e-mail seeking assistance, dated May 1, 2019. See supporting documentation: Email sent to Cuomo.
• Kevin and Christina Riford file a police report at the Town of Tonawanda, NY Police Department regarding Special Agent Brian A. Burns nefarious statements. The report is filed with officer Michael G. Lewandowski. See supporting documentation: Town of Tonawanda Police Report. It should be noted that Officer Lewandowski only played one audio clip and refused to play the rest. Unfortunately, he never put that fact into his report. Ask yourself this question – If the Riford’s claim was totally unfounded, why did Officer Lewandowski refer the Riford’s to the Department of Justice Office of Special Responsibility, which he clearly states in his own police report.
• New York State Police Investigators Matthew Bonnerb & John Spero would arrive to Kevin Riford’s house in response to the email he sent to the NYS Governor Cuomo regarding FBI Agent Brian A. June 2019

• Christina Riford and Kevin Riford report FBI Special Agent Brian Burns to the Erie County Police Department. See supporting documentation: 56 minute converstation at the Erie County, NY Police HQ.

August 2019

• Due to the harassment from various individuals, Kevin and Christina Riford would go to the law office of Hogan Willig. Steven Cohen would spend a few hours with the Riford’s going over the events. See supporting documentation: One of many email communications between attorney Cohen and Riford.

September 2019

• Due to the Niagara County Sheriff’s inaction on reporting Katie Riford and her children “missing” to the media, Christina Little Riford (Katie’s sister) starts emailing local media outlets and gets in touch with Dan Telvock and Luke Moretti of WIVB Ch. 4 News. October 2019

• WIVB News 4 Dan Telvock publishes an article regarding Katie Riford, her children, and family. Dan Telvock conveniently leaves out the FBI Audio of his article, which he himself claimed to hear. May 2021

• The Riford’s discover Jeanne Kratt is not a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jeanne Kratt was portrayed to be a LCSW in court documentation and was assigned to Katie Riford’s child custory case. July 2021

• Kevin Riford would reach out to U.S. House Rep. Chris Jacobs office in July 2021. He talked with them extensively about the FBI amongst other topics and would receive an email from Chris Jacobs. August 2021

November 2021

February 2022
